Whiteboard-Online is designed to let users create and collaborate on virtual whiteboards in real-time. Registration is not required for main features. You can use most of the platform anonymously.

- Usage Data: When you use the platform, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and access times may be processed for security, error tracking, and reliable operation. Usage data is collected in aggregated and anonymized form, used only for platform improvement.
- Board Content: Your whiteboard drawings and writings are stored on our servers (and, if you are the creator, associated with a secure token in your browser). Boards can be password protected and accessed via a unique link. Board content is not used for analytics or marketing.
- Contact Form: If you use the contact form, we collect your given information (name, email, message) solely for responding to your inquiry. Spam protection is implemented on client and server sides.
- Server Logs: Server logs may include IP addresses, times, and technical request details for maintenance and security purposes. Logs are kept securely and deleted regularly.

This platform is suitable for all ages. Children under 16 should use the platform only with parental consent if submitting personal information.
